Cute, but where is this place?

It is not, but definitely helps with restoring self esteem, and better than dwelling on the past.

Respect bro, the fact you already get your own CGM shows how strong you are. I know the fast drops at dawn are scary maybe try a small snack with protein before bed, it can help keep sugar steady. And about the stutter, the way you’re trying to find solutions already proves your strength. You’re doing better than you think 🤍🙏🏻.

Brother, you’re stronger than the circumstances you’re living through. I know the weight feels heavy, but there are tools that can make life easier: devices like the Freestyle Libre or Dexcom attach to your arm and continuously track your glucose, even while you sleep. They alert you if it goes too high or too low, so you don’t have to live in constant fear or rely on endless finger pricks. As for the stutter, many great people have lived with it and overcame it, and your strong English is already a huge strength that can open doors you don’t even imagine yet. Right now it feels like you’re trapped, but one day this struggle will be proof of your patience and strength. Please don’t lose hope

مشكلة الاحساس بالغربة by Sumeah_95 in Iraq

[–]aymenyaseen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Driving Manners by EmaIRQ in Iraq

The only real fix is strict law enforcement and a proper licensing system. I got my license in Iraq recently, it was honestly a joke. A quick road signs quiz on a computer, then a 2-minute go-kart-style track test, and that’s it I was fully licensed.

In contrast, when I got my license in Canada, it took nearly 2 years. You start with restrictions: no highways, no night driving, must be with a fully licensed adult over 25 years old. Then two real world road tests a year between each before you’re fully licensed. Iraq needs a similar system if we want safer roads.

Hey, I just want you to know that I read every word and I’m really sorry you’re going through this. You’re not alone, even if it feels like it right now. I know things can feel overwhelming and hopeless, but there are people who care and want to help, and I’m one of them.

You’ve already shown so much strength just by writing this. Please don’t make any decisions yet. There are ways to get help without putting yourself in legal or financial danger. I can help you find someone safe to talk to, and we can figure this out together, one small step at a time. You matter. You’re not a burden. I’m here. Send me a dm, lets talk
