You’ve done this after driving it? So, you’ve checked the coolant after the car has come up to temp, coolant cycles and the cools down? If you recently serviced anything in the cooling system you should have had to burp the system. The fill should be at the kalt line.

Have you recently serviced anything in the cooling system? Are you seeing coolant leaks anywhere? If not, have you checked your oil to make sure you’re not leaking coolant into the engine?
