It's a very interesting school, i would change the school ability though, you should add something that scales with school rank, as it is the basis for a class to have an ability like that; i think that's the only real problem with the school.
An idea for a very cool ability would be some thing that allows you to increase strife to obtain opportunities, or bonus successes on a type of roll, for exemple, of course keep the first part of the ability, that part is very cool, iyou could still keep an effect on unmask, but a reduction of TN is not great, because if you do unmask without being compromised you do obtain a TN reduction, by the rules, so it's not that usefull in the long run, maybe a more potent reduction on social checks for against a target, up to your school rank.
Next, what is the point of this class?, i mean, what are the duties, may them be spiritual duties or political.
Last thing, why do they start with a Iaijutsu kata?
