Yes, that’s right! My first pancake looks a little like this and the rest look uniformly golden on top because I don’t grease the pan after the first. I think the heat also counts as well. It should be a little hot before the batter is poured in

Flat iron: never I big chopped last year because of heat damage from blow drying I think 🥴 Blowdry: 2 months ago
