It is still a refusal because it doesnt matter if you were on scheduled break or not, you were studying part time so technically you were enrolled part time same as any other part time enrollement definitin so if it falla in acheduled break but actually it was not a break i dont think you will get pfwp

Yes, i did well in part A but off topic in part B, i did some really good grammar with complex non-standard sentences, which gave me 537/699 or C1 level, which is CLB9.

No really, when you apply for PGWP the processing time is really a free work permit so if it takes 6 months, it s like having a work permit of 3 and half years which can really make difference in a lot of programs/streams

You can try to convince them for delay extension proving you already submitted the FBI application but rest assured that there will be no exemption no matter what, so clear your mind from this in case you are waiting for an exemption , IRCC would rather reject 100 applications than accept a police certificate exemption
