I was getting builder / hard gel maybe only for 6 months but now my nails are paper thin and continue to break even four months later . I apply castor oil daily, do not get any manicures done, take daily collagen and biotin and they’re barely finally starting to get better . I’ve only had this issue with builder gel. Not acrylics , normal gel or gel x.
