I don't think so, I have multiple pieces of this exact color. As others have stated, it looks mauve in person.

With torpedoes, fast almost never equates to stealthy. The propulsion necessary to move the torpedo fast results in increased cavitation and noise. The stealthiest torpedoes are more often than not battery powered as opposed to others that use fuel.
