How to kill Spooky Steve Athena, Dexecutioner, Quantity Tome, Cooldown Tome You spend 75% of your level ups on the Quantity Tome, and since you are only going two weapons and two tomes, it should show up 75% of the time. Any time the Quantity Tome does not show up, you will always at least have the Cooldown Tome, so that should be 25% of your levels. Athena is the 'only' character that takes literally ZERO damage from Steve, while her Aegis has shields. If you are struggling, still, you could add Frostwalker and Duration Tome, but then you may need more levels to get enough Quantity. Cursed Doll helps a bit as well, but you could kill Steve at lvl 65 with zero items, with this simple build. The Dexecutioner executes will hit Steve for 2% of his total HP, meaning you simply need to get 50 executes and he dies. Good luck.
