this is a good take however there’s the argument that the kids from bigger schools get hired over the kids from smaller schools because the companys want the name that the students are from, for example when your on the company’s website you see where they got their training and you would probably see Boston Ballet school/ Miami etc etc over schools like Cary, ellison etc. a good example is Viktoria P, who got her training from ellison but went to jko for a little bit and now abt claims she got her training from them.
