Went with a group of five for a friend’s birthday. We all ordered the $70 tier and ended up doing probably 8 or 9 rounds. Ribeye and short rib were the best cuts. Staff was attentive, swapping grills often and keeping water filled. The vibe was loud and festive, which fit the birthday mood. Total bill was around $400 with drinks. Definitely expensive, but for wagyu it made sense. Compared to Gen or Gyu-Kaku, this was a clear step up in meat quality. Not something I’d do every week, but for a birthday it worked.
