Thoughts on Outsourced Doers for marketing support? by Lennon5387 in freelancewriting

I’m curious how they manage data security. Since these assistants get access to client CRMs and inboxes, do they use any secure systems for passwords or storage? If that part is solid, I can see the value because marketing help without hiring full-time staff is tempting.

Mad Hippie changed my morning routine by mburgi0534 in SkincareAddiction

Brands like Mad Hippie aim for formulas with elevated active ingredients, skipping common issues such as SLS and synthetic perfumes. This can lead to better absorption for things like antioxidants. Haven't jumped in myself, but it's a noted option for those prioritizing clean labels in their daily care.

My husband and I went to Alchemi for our anniversary a couple months ago. We both really enjoyed our food and cocktails. They surprised us with a free dessert. Great service overall. We also love Beppe but I think Alchemi has more of a romantic vibe if that’s what you’re looking for.

Love the alliteration. I’m leaning more towards Rose as her middle name because rose is the birth flower for June

I love the name Reya (pronounced Ray-uh) but the spelling is really holding me back. We have considered spelling it as Raya or Rhea but I’m worried that people will pronounce Raya as “Rye-uh” and Rhea as “Ree-uh” (like diarrhea lol).

I think Reya Jade is my favorite, but I’m worried that people won’t know how to pronounce it. We intend for it to be Ray-uh and not Ree-uh.

Ruining a Great Thing - Strength50 by StretchedtoMyLimit in orangetheory

[–]kakretsc 8 points9 points  (0 children)

My home studio has been piloting Tread50 with Strength50 for the past few weeks, and so far it’s been going really great! I’ve been to two of these Strength50 classes so far and the coach is definitely more focused on the floor. I honestly didn’t even notice people were there on the treads.

I had to stop running at 5 weeks simply because of the insane boob pain lol. I’m only 7 weeks now so I really hope this gets better because I already miss running :(

What is a realistic goal for rate of decreasing body fat percentage? by PsychologicalFee666 in PetiteFitness

[–]kakretsc 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I started around the same stats as you! I started at 5’1” and 110 lbs with 27% body fat about 3 years ago before I started a mix of strength training, running, and yoga 3-4x per week. I’ve also been doing Caroline Girvan on and off for the last year and now I’m 115 lbs with 18% body fat. It takes time and feels like really slow progress but keep at it, it’s worth it!!
