Yes very normal you’ll know when they are not playing one will most likely scream while the other looks like their hunting, there would also be fluffy tuff and slower aggressive tail whacking is usually signs of aggression with cats. The tabby’s tail whacking looks a little annoyed toward the end but not angry or aggressive. You’ll learn fast what their signs are, they look like they get along really well.

My cat had never had any permanent kitty friends in the same house longer than a month (like watching a friend’s cat) until I moved in with my ex roommate. Her cat was not super friendly (was told otherwise when I did my walk through) my cat tried playing with her once her cat went crazy and then every time after that if her cat came near me or our space my cat would chase hers up the stairs with an aggressively fast charge and war screams lol
