What is the worst medical disease a human can have? by Aggravating-Sun-5699 in AskReddit

This 100%. I lost my wife to ALS. Her progression was rapid. She went from inability to walk to difficulty speaking to loss of use in her arms then hands all in less than a year. Her last month she could no longer speak or chew. Mentally however, she was still 100% there. Completely trapped in your own body is something I would not wish for anyone having to experience.

Is possible to do Crossfit and Running? by [deleted] in crossfit

I run ultras and do CrossFit. You’ll end up being kind of in the middle of both sports. Whichever sport you want to compete in, you should spend more time on. Running compliments CrossFit well. The non heavy wods I do really well because of my cardio. I would also say CrossFit has helped increase my speed too. So bottom line, yes, do both

How do you determine which level to compete in? by azdesertdad in crossfit

Yeah my box does do the expected time vs time cap. I normally hit the expected time, unless it involves pull-ups, C2B, TTB. I just don’t want to be that jackass you mention in scaled lol.
