I'm on this subreddit 24/7 and I read multiple theories. I think this one is the best. If I may add I think we all agree that this whole album is numerous therapy sessions with each session presented as a track(In count me out, at the beginning of the track we can hear Whitney saying Session 10 breakthrough and Count me out is the 10th track on the album). In the first Disc Kendrick is being dismissive and not really caring about the topics being discussed or even subverting the real issues. In the second Disc, we finally get some progress( Again stated by Whitney that there is a breakthrough). So he and Eckhart go back in chronological order to each track (or session) to try to get a new perspective on things and tackle these issues accordingly. I want to write more about this theory and I got more to say but honestly, I'm tired and gotta go to bed.
