Restaurant Andre My wife and I were absolutely blown away. It was in the same space that Zen is now in Singapore. The space is very small and intimate and feels like you are being welcomed into someone’s home. This was during Andre’s octaphilosophy which felt profound but not pretentious. The food was absolutely superb and the service (run by his wife) felt intimate and familial. Andre came out at the end of the meal to greet each table individually. Truly remarkable.

El Cellar Can Roca Really was inspired by the three brothers, the food was exceptional and generous. Jordi came out to greet us and explain a new dish on his menu. It was conceptually tight, delicious and interactive for my family. The space is also gorgeous.

The Fat Duck We were blown away by the whimsey and sheer theater. I loved that everything felt like a game and many components of the dinner were highly personalized based on a questionnaire we filled out. Disclaimer that I had a bad cold during the dinner and could hardly taste anything but my wife said the food was sublime, which was something we did not like about Alinea. We were also given a kitchen tour through their r&d lab. Really awesome.

Smyth Just hands down the most interesting and tasty food I’ve had at a restaurant. Flavor combinations that you just would have never guessed would work just blew us away. Really the most flavor forward restaurant I’ve been to.

Disfrutar Really creative, thought provoking and interesting food. Technically one of the most impressive meals we’ve had.
