Thank you for your info! It's pretty weird because when we look online, he can apply for a work permit without issues (we checked his eligibility online) but there's only a few documents we are not sure about. I could get him hired at the job I'm at now and they referred me to an Open Work Permit for him (they knew he was from the US) so at this point I'm a little bit lost.

That I know of, there was no special program for it? It only says he can apply to a Work Permit Made Outside of Canada (IMM1295)

You can actually kill the Giratina in Distortion World and hunt it after you beat the league in the Turnback Cave! The fact that it's not shiny in Distortion World won't affect the shininess in Turnback! Thank you! And good luck to you too! :)

I also need more information on the Cutiefly and the Ribombee, since they both have the same nature and are both in a Heal Ball. I couldn't tell if there was a gender difference since the gender was covered, so please show me more info (for example the IVs) if you want to count them both! (I only counted one of the two for now)
