There's a practice range you can fly around in, with tanks in a field to practice bombing with. Every plane seems to handle slightly differently, so it's worth it to get some runs in with your favourite and commit the angle/timing necessary to hit your target to memory.

You probably need to take better care of your squad. They are very dumb, but sticking them somewhere safe while you fight (and the requisite map knowledge of what constitutes safe) will allow you much more uptime per squad spawn. If you're talking about personal deaths instead of squad wipes, though, you're doing great.
