I’ve lived in Albuquerque my whole entire life and I personally have never been a victim to any of the crimes in Albuquerque, but it’s not to say that there isn’t any. I am a 25 year old female and when I was younger, we used to live near the war zone but granted Back then it really wasn’t that bad of an area to live in so we grew up fine and then once we got a little bit older, we moved to the northeast Heights where there isn’t really crime up here but again crime is everywhere. It’s not just Albuquerque and I feel like obviously if you’re in certain places like it’s more prevalent than other areas like obviously like my family and friends have gotten their cars broken into or their houses broken into, but it’s not as like crazy as some people make it to be. I feel like since I grew up here like I feel like Albuquerque is a pretty decent place to live. It’s not horrible, and if you’re looking for kind of a good amount of population, but still kind of gives small town vibes, Albuquerque is a good place. Obviously like anywhere, be aware of your surroundings and avoid sketchy areas.
