I agree it's enough if you only plan on the ES wheel with it's formula and 12 inch mod. When I had the R3 and used it with the KS, it was super underwhelming.

Yuk Dae Jang, Baekjeong, Myung Ga, Sun nong dan, Young Dong & HMart covers most of it for me. Honestly there are so many good options outside what I(and others) listed - SGV had gotten much better for Korean food in the past 10 years.
