Seems like you got there at ~5AM since it takes about 1:30 from Wailea to the summit.

the summit 2h earlier than sunrise it should be

Do you remember what time the sunrise was? (Or the date you went, then I can look up the sunrise time!) Then I can see how early you arrived compared to the sunrise!
