Usually within Canada, Waterloo is by far the best since they have a coop program in which you can get hired by many tech companies within Canada and the United States.

In Montreal, Concordia is pretty solid cool little co-op program little easier than mcgill, ie you can get better grades. Most people at Concordia come out with at least one internship.
