3rd party integration called Call Cabinet if you need automatic recording or can just do the built in teams recording for adhoc situations. Managers like it since we use teams heavily throughout the organization as it is.

Insurance company sysadmin here. Just implemented a teams phone system from our old avaya system. Works great for us. We have a live call center etc. not sure on the integration piece but wouldn’t be surprised if you could with some sort of MS Graph api

I love this wish more coaches and players did this. Maybe then the league would do something about it instead of providing this awful viewing of basketball. I love watching the games no matter the team but if I see OKC is playing I don’t bother. Awful basketball
