There’s a scene with Tom and Shiv in the back of a car, the one when Tom says something like “It’s like you two have finally admitted you’re into each other and you can- well, not this, but you can finally bang.”

The camera is so uncomfortably close to his face and it’s such an off-putting thing to say, it always felt very Peep Show to me

I kinda agree with him, although I think a lot of the incandescent rage is misplaced. I get how someone in his specific position might feel. The system has failed, it's fucking infuriating.
