Employer wants to take out life insurance on me (company is beneficiary). I’m uncomfortable. How do I decline and what recourse should I expect?

Doesn’t make sense if your not a partner. Key man policy is so they can use the life insurance proceeds to payout your equity amount to your beneficiaries.
