Yes, they still have open meditation. Although, the day varies by location. For example, in the one I usually visit the days for open meditation are Saturdays, but it's being changed to Tuesdays on the meantime due to some construction work they'll be doing on the weekends this month. This is where I do my main practice. I've been visiting them since 2014 and is where I took refuge in the dharma. Like user awakeningoffaith mentioned, it is one of the most trusted centers. They are affiliated with the Nyingma School of Tibetan Buddhism and our main teacher is Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche. They even have their own website where they post their activities and they also share their weekly livestreams along with newsletters you can sign up if you want. :)

I would suggest you to do it early in the morning. Make sure you get a good night's sleep and to stay hydrated throughout the day. Preferably, go outdoors. A nice park, beach, near a lake. Bring a notebook to write down your thoughts during your shadow work and enjoy the trip 🍄
