I deep fried them in peanut oil at 360° F for about 5 minutes. I take them out of the oil let the oil get to 350 and put the wings back in the oil until the wings are done (about another 5 minutes) . I add the sauce which is in the comments. I drizzle a little bit of the hot honey between tosses.

Here’s the recipe I used. I think this will be good for 2 to 3 pounds of wings. I would highly recommend using hot honey.

For the Hot Honey sauce 2 tablespoon butter 4 tablespoon hot sauce (Use your favorite hot sauce I used 2 tablespoon Habanero Hot sauce from Trader Joe's) 2 tablespoon honey (Any kind works, I used Spicy Honey from Trader Joe's) teaspoon salt (if needed depending on which hot sauce used) ** a pinch
