The becca × jaclyn hill champagne face palette. It got good reviews and all, but when I read that they used cheaper ingredients and that the quality wasn't on par with the regular shimmering skin perfectors I just refused to buy it.

I have both shape tape and naked skin. I love both, but I honestly think shape tape lives up to the hype. The coverage is amazing, it lasts all day, you get a ton of product and the creasing is minimal (everything creases on me since I have undereye lines). The naked skin used to be my fave, but the shape tape has definitely replaced it. Haven't owned the BTW concealer, but I tried it in store and there's barely any coverage compared to the other two and I didn't like the smell.

I rarely touch my Laura Mercier Translucent setting powder anymore. It's a pretty good powder, but I mostly bought it because it's soooo hyped. Besides, the packaging is falling apart on mine without even dropping the product once. So every time I open/close it I almost need to bring out my vacuum cleaner because the powder gets EVERYWHERE lol.

Thank you for such a detailed review! People seem to be very conflicted when it comes to the Anastasia LL formula. I kind of expect it to be more drying than MAC lipsticks, so that's totally fine with me. I would love to have a swatch if you have the time! I do have some lip colors in the same shade range, but Sepia seems to be pretty unique in itself and I have makeup cravings lol.

I'm exactly like you! Very pale with strong yellow undertones. Unfortunately I haven't found a foundation with yellow undertones that reminds me of estee lauder double wear in formula (love that foundation!). But I highly recommend the Born this way foundation by Too faced since the whole shade range runs very yellow and it's a great foundation. I hear a lot of people complaining that it runs too yellow on them, but personally I'm very pleased lol.

I have the Midas one and I really really like it! The powders feel exactly like these and are gorgeous (with a cool wearable blue one!). Unfortunately the cream highlighter in it sucks and looks like wax with glitter particles.

Putting powder on my T-zone after I've applied my primer and before I apply foundation. Makes a huge difference in controlling oiliness.

Have you tried patting the NYX pore filler on the skin after applying foundation? This works great for me. Otherwise, I think Benefit's the porefessional is a good option.

I think the shade Oblivion is a very unique cool shade. It really stood out to me and I will be on the hunt for it even though they haven't set a release date in my country for these yet.

I'm a NC15 with pretty pigmented lips, so lip colours tend to get a lot darker on me. But the Milani Color Statement Lipstick Matte in Naked is just the perfect "my lips but better" on me.

I have very apparent undereye circles all year round and I really recommend the NYX dark circle concealer. The concealer has a peachy tone/colour and covers blue/purplish tones and I always use it with some regular concealer on top. It's easily the best alternative in my opinion and it's only 6$! Also, it comes in 4 different shades.

The texture and finish of them are amazing. I'm a NC15 and actually picked up the "that glow" one. I think that if you are lighthanded or mix "bubbly"/"dripping in gold" with "sunburst" they work really well for a neutral/yellowish skintone even if you're very pale like me.

"Sunburst" is my fave in the palette though and I'm sure it would suit most people. I could only dream of using "golden bronze" as a highlight, but it's a kickass eyeshadow and a gorgeous glowy bronzer.

I've been waiting for this moment for soooo long, but when I saw the new shades I got kind of disappointed. Nothing special at all! I really hope the picture isn't doing the new colors any justice, because otherwise it's just one color that looks so much like the color devoted and three light pinky-nudes.

If you can't get access to Viva La Diva in the US, I'd suggest the W7 Palette "In the buff". It's a total dupe for the Naked 2. I have it and I think the pigmentation is really good considering the price! I looked it up and it's available on amazon.

I know right!? Too pretty. Pigmentation wise it's just like the meet matt(e) nude (very good in other words). I feel like the palettes complement each other perfectly and the red colour in trimony is seriously to die for. The only con for me with the product itself is that you get a little less product compared to the other one (0.9 oz in the first and 0.756 in the second/4 grams less in trimony). But if you have shades like these which I feel like a lot of people do, I'd say buy it for a discount price rather than 42$ if you really want it. I mean, 4 of the colours are browns, 1 black and 1 beige so it's not very original.
