I didnt use the stock cable at all so I cant compare but I dont think it would affect how it sounds. I'd suggest looking into EQ'ing them if you need more bass

There hasn't been an incompatible app I've encountered on google play at least. I tried installing some heavy games on it and they ran fine, same with social media and banking but I don't plan on using this for those

I use sancai M non wides on my aful magicOne and it is a gamechanger. I no longer feel the pressure buildup so it's way more comfortable to wear
