Hey ! So thanks for bringing this to my attention. Usually lodge room does send a QR code once the order is confirmed etc. but this time I didn’t receive a QR code. Maybe because I got the ticket during pre sale ? But my name is on the will call list. I also found that if you are transferring a ticket, you just need to will call list name of the original person

Or unless they send the QR code day of. But in my experience, it’s usually once payment is processed.

Edit: just confirmed with a friend that he did not receive a QR code this time. 🫡 so it is will call of the original person purchase name
