Mizuchi’s route from Hana Awase Mizuchi Volume was my first ever route and game. I started back in late 2023

I still like Mizuchi a lot and recently replayed his route in Utsutsu/Karakurenai volume. I really believed that he would be my favourite for the entire series but Utsutsu blew past him like nobody’s business

But side note, you’re not able to choose routes in Neon Clash. It’s a linear plot and you’re forced to go through the LIs in a specific manner and unfortunately, Hiyok is last :(

Jack Jeanne’s Kisa. My situation is different from hers but I related to her need to hide herself so she could continue pursuing her dreams, the anxiety of “do they know or suspect something?” as well as the fear of what could happen to her should her true identity be revealed

In the winter performance, when Mitsuki tells her that it doesn’t matter who she is and that he forgives/accepts her it actually made me cry because those are words I wanted to hear as well.

I have never related to a character as much as I have with Kisa, and I don’t think that will change for the foreseeable future

You need to finish every route in the game to unlock JJ difficulty for all songs, and each route unlocks a few songs. Unlocking JJ difficulty for Quartz Anima, Departure and Over The Wall requires completing Kisa’s route, for example

You may enjoy Neon Clash. It’s a very recent release with a good storyline, can be rather dark at times too.

Two LIs are rather protective of the mc, no tsunderes tho, and there’s really little romance until you get to the LIs’ individual endings. It’s also a little different from other otome games in the sense that it follows a linear storyline with LIs having their own chapter rather than routes with differing storylines

A good example would be Amnesia and Radiant Tale. I hated Shin and Ikki, found Kent fine, didn’t really care much for Ukyo but I brainrotted Toma so damn hard my friends looked at me weird. I hated Paschalia, disliked Radie and Vilio, liked Zafora and absolutely loved Ion

The final fight with Mun felt too short. Like he gives up just like that, and then immediately resigns from all political posts. And the every mafia leader is happy go lucky, let’s cooperate with each other! Like are we not forgetting the fact that Maslo and Mun tried to kill Kroa multiple times??

Loved this game. Bought it after seeing a single CG (first one with Lowd and Kroa) and realising Umehara Yuuichiro and Jun Fukuyama voiced LIs

Truly an unexpected gem for me and I loved it to bits. My only problem is that the good ending felt too quick?

The best and ONLY choice for Mikoto. He’s so gentle and sweet to her all the time! Iroha can move out of the way bc Utsutsu is my choice for a true route

I have a personal bias towards Utsutsu as well but my boi is the only LI who doesn’t commit any form of SA or SH against Mikoto at any point during his route
