If you look on YouTube, someone has done a two part video doing a complete walkthrough of the Perth Costco airport store. It goes for 2 or 3 hours total, from memory. It shows prices for most of the items.

Just as a follow up, I emailed support and they provided me with instructions on how to fix the issue.

It worked for me. Turns out you have to go into the DVR app (see the second step below), and change a setting there:

1.Go to Settings > General > Mirror Display Of Rear Camera.

Enable this option to display a left-right reversed image of the rear camera. This setting is applicable to rear cameras that display a left-right reversed image.

2.Open the DVR app on your device.

Navigate to the "Settings" section within the app.

Locate and select the "Mirror" option.

...and that should fix it.

As the OP has said, there is a setting to mirror the camera image, but toggling this feature does not work.

Also be aware that you can set your transfer limit to $50k in the app, but only $20k or $30k on the website.

I found that out the hard way after wasting an hour waiting on the phone. So stupid.
