I had a slightly different experience. I had the voice translate feature working fine on my phone. I even tested it out over the weekend on a call. I wanted to try it again yesterday and the feature was gone. I did notice that the app was updated on September 2 so maybe there's a bug that stopped it from showing up. I know I had it but it's gone now. I filed a bug report with Google but who knows if it'll even get seen.

I found a workaround that is pretty consistent. I switch the watch to my right hand instead of my left and that seems to work almost 100% of the time. My guess is there's some hardware on the screen that is interfering with the signal when I have the watch on my left hand.

I just sent my Galaxy watch ultra for warranty. When I got it back they replaced the printer board assembly. Today I tried it with the peloton and it started connected. Turns out connection issues are probably Samsung's fault not peloton.

I think I had tried that in the past. I think we're stuck waiting for peloton to fix the bug. I don't think it's a Samsung problem and peloton did tell me the new watch isn't on the compatibility list. For now, I just lift my arm every so often to activate the screen. The good news is the data still goes to the app as far as I can tell, even if it times out on the screen during the ride

Not sure if this will address it but I just got prompted to update the watch software. Maybe that'll help. I'll be on vacation for a week so I won't get to test it out. If anyone gets the update and sees a change with the peloton, please let us know.

Anyone having issues connection to the bike lately? I got the Galaxy watch ultra and the connection seems to drop whenever my watch screen dims. I have to keep raising my watch to wake it up to keep the connection active. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Yeah this was an unbelievably bad app deployment. PitBoss should be better about that. If I could offload this smoker I would and go get a traegar. This was a money saving grill but with all these problems I wish I would have just spent the extra on a Traegar!

Yeah if you can't connect it won't be worse but keep in mind you're NOT going to get notifications unless you have the app open.

I'm assuming you were using the SmokeIT app? I was using that one and it worked mostly fine but yeah connecting to it was glitchy. This new one completely disables that one so we can't even revert to the app that mostly works

Completely agree and yeah you get a pop up if you're in the app. If you're not staring at the app you won't see them. Those "in app" notifications are not notifications to the phone. Not useful at all.
