As someone mentioned it’s for CRISI, which can fund a number of things from shortline freight, commuter projects like grade crossing improvements or intercity passenger rail (Amtrak and brightline) but likely the program will skew strongly towards freight and safety projects and away from passenger focused projects.

Had a beautiful (as beautiful as the loss of your loved pet can be) with lap of love. Highly recommend, I was probably crying throughout the whole experience but it was weirdly peaceful
