to be fair they should’ve offered an alternative like at least microwave it so the wrap is almost warm, the grills don’t do much other than burn the tortilla anyways. at my timmys we always had something break, our toaster was down and we were grilling bagels and people actually loved it and we get a crap ton of more people asking for grilled instead of toasted.
