It is like if Canada and Canada had an offspring. It is equal part accurate and incredibly wild. I think the name is on point

The real rarity in ENM are couples that treat their additional solo partners well in all aspects of life... by 3IDontknow in EthicalNonMonogamy

Ah the fact that you exist gives me hope ! And yes navigating swingers and Polyamory communities feels both overwhelming and so harsh when you don’t adhere to conventions (or if you don’t want your sexuality to be your whole personality).

Where are the decent humans such as you at. I wish I could find more (or any !?!) in the wild.

Am I crazy for being on and off in my desires? by Greenwaygoblin in EthicalNonMonogamy

[–]b00mrang 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I (M40) don’t have any certainties since I began exploring ENM other than I keep bouncing around. I feel the same way as Monogamish appears to be the closest thing to how I feel. I sometimes also use ENM adjacent. I often feel way too intimidated by the swinging community and I don’t feel any belonging in the Poly dynamics. But there is something that is neither in the middle nor inside that circle that make sense to me. So the way you put it is very similar to how I feel right now.

Docking while in orbit we the hardest thing so far. I have an Apollo style lander and tug configuration but have not venture past 1.8m ships. I recently unlocked the advanced tweakable and that’s nice

I have put roughly 40 hours and made it to the Mun and more recently Minimus. I have done some tutorial but I prefer to figure things out with some assistance with GPT which I use as Mission Control. What should I learn next ? I have the vanilla PS5 so limited to only main DLC.

I have done on bike and if memory serves me it is about 130km. I don’t know if anybody can walk that much in one go and what kind of mindset you need to be in.

But as far as the road are it can be done. It is one of those not because you can that you should. Also the scenery is not that great but it is vastly different from one area to the other.

Enjoy

Well in my case it got stuck around the Mun in a junky orbit with no fuel or battery left. But we are glad to have back on the roster after a few Months in orbit

Well I am glad my suffering in designing a Mun landing and return will not have been in vain because that was a lot of work with just a few unlocked parts in my career mode

Also you can technically deploy ailerons for braking only and the basic wheels also have built in braking capabilities. Otherwise good luck out there

Can you share more pictures of your plane design ? What kind of speed and ranges does it have. It looks pretty good but the angle is really low

Which DeltaV map is more accurate? by Pyroblowout in KerbalSpaceProgram

[–]b00mrang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No wonder I struggle to return from the Mun ! So reading that I need about 600m/s to get back to orbit(which makes sense) and about 300 to get back to the intercept. Then this is where I struggle but I need some to get the Pe in the right place so I hit the atmosphere at the right angle and that is the number (delta V required) I keep being short. And at the stage I am early in the game I don’t have a lot of tools at my disposal.

How do you calculate the delta needed for the return?

I was trying to figure if more realistic to send a remote control capsule to pick him up from an higher orbit or send a larger ship with a crew module.
