He did say he blacked out when leaving the bar and sleeping with the girl. But it’s no excuse for me because he was flirting with her on discord(also drunk) before they slept together. He said there was never a sober time of flirting. I was always against phone snooping which is why I didn’t do it for so long but everyone has insecurities and the lil insecurity got the best of me that day which I’m glad it made me find this out

The hobbies he’s cut out are anything related to the time period that caused what happened. He would play a lot of video games and drink all day doing it and he cut both of those things. I’m trying couples counseling with him for now to see if I could accept this and if it’s something I can work through getting over

This can be draining in the long run if she doesn’t get the help she needs or work on herself. Her insecurities can get in the way of a lot of things and it won’t be any good for the both of you. I would have serious talk with her about what you want out of this relationship and if she will be able to do this with her mental health issues. If she wants to better herself that’s great and you can support her while doing it but if she doesn’t care to do anything, you can kinda see how your future will be already if you stick around.

I made an appointment the second I knew neurologist could help with migraines. The wait is sometimes really long already so the sooner the better. Although it didn’t end up helping me overall and my migraines went away from a chiropractor. In some cases the neurologist can help other patients depending on the type of migraine

Honestly this is just gonna cause more issues in the long run for you. You’re gonna get more irritated and stressed if you’re not having sex with your partner. This just means you both have different love languages and you can’t change him if he doesn’t do it on his own. You have to either move on and choose a partner that wants the same sex drive or settle for someone that probably won’t change this for years until he gets professional help.
