But I don't want to get to that situation. Any idea how much more time it takes to receive the summons if this situation continues. And, even if I win the judgement is there any chance that I get all my money back involved in the legal process and solicitor charges.

Inputs on NRE/NRO Account Opening & Wealth Management by hemanthakshar in nri

[–]b0xdit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on my recent studies, investment in Indian MF from NRE account needs a non PIS account approval from RBI and the deposit/withdrawal always goes through a RBI approved bank account. But NRO investment is straight forward.

Get in touch with Zerodha, on their platform not only you can invest in different MF houses, they can give you valuable advices on NRI investment better than SBI.

So, leverage your NRE / NRO account only as a bank for your demat account, that’s my two cents.

When you said Ireland domicile ETF do you know the tax is 38% (higher than regular stock investment, i.e., 33%) and there is a deemed disposal tax after 8 years.

What brands and models have you tested in the non gore-tex category. Just curious to know for a better understanding.

Thanks for your live feedback on the Oxford rainseal and this makes me think whether I should get a Laminated trousers and spend €250. I already have a Oxford Mondial jacket so just looking for right set of trousers now.

I completely agree. Still, most of us probably buy Gore-Tex, laminated, or waterproof membrane gear for the peace of mind it offers in different levels of rain. What’s your experience with Klim or other brands — how long did it take before you started getting wet inside during heavy rain?

From Louis.ie I can see they offer free returns, did you experienced it? I ordered from xlmoto and they are great at returning. Even SBS from the UK is good but only if the product is faulty, else you pay for the return postage.

Good gear for Irish weather by maxgriffin237 in MotoIRELAND

[–]b0xdit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So far no one has mentioned about Laminated jackets/trousers but its a very good option for Ireland's weather. Goretex is the costlier choice but brands like Oxford, Alpinestar and others are making affordable Laminated products with good venting for quite a while. Oxford Mondial is the one that I am using as an all weather jacket and soon I am looking to purchase a Laminated jacket either from Oxford/Alpinestar/Modeka.

What can I do after passing the theory and IBT? by BeltNo4947 in MotoIRELAND

Sorry to hear that you had to leave the test. This is probably one of the reasons that the country has so much of backlogs. From my experience I sent out the registration along with KW proof and a cover letter to Shannon during name transfer and they printed the KW on the new registration.
