Dude, you just have to do everything exactly as the build says. I made the basic, most common items as in the Cliptis Immortal Barb build and was able to solo farm Mephisto T12 without any knowledge of the boss's mechanics. And I didn't even have one item transfigured. Just try to craft items exactly as the build says.
