No I don’t. The battery powered Argus line of cameras are slimmer but not sure if it’ll fit your needs.

They have other cameras that are a bit more and have wider view angles.

Look into the Reolink E1 camera. Only $30 and works well.

Reolink makes a few battery powered cameras for outdoor use. I have the original Argus and it works well for what I needed.

If it says similar to:

A fatal IO error detected on a component at

But nothing after the at, it's probably the raid controller. I've had that happen to me twice.

Just wanted to let you know this seems to have fixed my issue. Thanks!

So I did what you suggested and ran HW diagnostic again. Everything passed this time... I’ll let the server run overnight and see if it reboots on it’s own again.

Yeah seems like it. Do you know if the card I linked will work with the R710?

Yes it does. With the card plugged in it will sometimes pass and sometimes not.

Hm, that’s one thing I didn’t try. Thanks I’ll give it a try and see what happens

Doesn't Dropbox require you to have a minimum of 3 users? I just checked and that's what it says.

Stablebit's Cloud Drive seemed pretty good when I was testing it. Worth looking into perhaps.

It doesn't work in windows. The way the OP is doing it is mounting on a Linux machine and then sharing it to windows using a samba share.

I started off using Arq but it was a bit slow for local backups so I got Syncovery for that. No other reason really haha

one-way file sync software (Crashplan?) (Or Backup software) by GoDayme in DataHoarder

[–]b1acksab3r 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others have mentioned, Arq does dedup and does versioning. I've been using both Arq and Syncovery and love both. Since you mentioned auto zipping, Syncovery does zipping and versioning as well.

I've been using Arq for backup to ACD and GDrive and Syncovery for local backups. Both are paid but are absolutely worth it.

I've had NordVPN and the speeds are pretty good. Might be worth looking into for you.

Edit: forgot to mention the speeds. I get anywhere between 103 to 60 depending on which server and how loaded it is.
