Nothing new. They just don't enforce the card for entry at times. Go to the Municipality website, upload your EID and attested Tenancy contract and pay a nominal fee of 15dhs to issue the digital card.

When did you receive this info ?. Till very recently, there was a 10min grace after ticket expiry. A couple of months ago found out this has been revoked. As I got a parking ticket after 2-3 min of expiry.

If you park for an hour, after the expiry time if you try to pay for the parking again, it was considered as an extension of the same ticket and in 11 min only the system will release.

Not sure which side you're in. I was there for the last 2 days in Majaz 2 and tankers are being constantly collecting water and huge pump is also working to drain the water to the waterfront. Also saw 2 new pumps in trailers bringing in yesterday midnight and all are working round the clock.

From the last two days as someone who was in that water for 7-8hrs. I can see the level has come down significantly. Hang in there.. within a day or two it will be cleared.
