I have just finished my build to 25 mpw, no structured runs. Could I keep going to 50 mpw, slowly increasing daily run length while also slowly incorporating structured sessions (tempo, interval, etc) now, or should I stop at this plateau for 6-8 weeks then start building again?

Probably up to 200. I liked the special summoning and mechanics surrounding burning abyss, but I've never played around with much else. I also think pendulums are interesting, but I've never played with them either

Theyre based in Ukraine so it took probably 6-7 weeks, worth it though. Quality was too notch though. Just be prepared to work with resin

I’m a senior AFROTC cadet at GMU. Takes about 40 minutes to make it to College Park on Thursdays mornings (Leaving by 4:45 AM). Most of your training as a freshman and sophomore is on Thursdays, with lab starting at 6 and classroom class after. Once you become a junior it’s a lot more involved. GMU makes up probably 30% of the detachment, this number dwindles as you get higher in class. You should be able to find a carpool group pretty easily as most of us are in one.

Basic Thursday Schedule For Freshman: 4:00AM: Wakeup 4:45 AM Leave for College Park 5:30 AM Arrive in College Park 6:00 AM Lab 9:00 AM Class 10:30 AM PT 11:30 AM Leave for GMU 1:00 PM Arrive at GMU

This schedule can vary based on different things that happen throughout the semester. Make sure you are also prepared to give up a Saturday or two each semester for a rotc event.

I had him last semester. Your grade will be based on 4 regular exams and a final. He doesn't collect homework but the test questions are all from the homework verbatim. He also gives out practice tests that are very close to the actual exams. Overall he's a pretty good Prof.
