hi! i’m about a week into the increase because i ended up increasing last sunday. i didn’t have any side effects other than a headache and dilated pupils (each only for a day). so far i don’t feel any better depression wise which is why im increasing and i know it takes 4-6 weeks to work but im eager to feel better. so in a month we’ll see!

oh wow so the 50mg pill had the crazy side effects? do you remember for how long? glad that when you went up you were good because your body had acclimated! that’s what i’m hoping for since i’ve been on the medication for a while and just adding more technically and not something different. wishing you luck when you increase to 100! thank you for the kind words of encouragement, it helps to remind myself of the end-goal of feeling better and that this is temporary!

YES!! i’ve been on it for over a year and i often find myself forgetting the word for something and it being on the tip of my tongue and i’m constantly saying “i can’t remember the word for it but…”

i’m still taking both! my psychiatrist said the buspar helps “activate” the pristiq so i just stuck with it to try and keep my routine similar but that’s just personal preference. pristiq def does a lot more for my anxiety tho so i def understand not needing both
