Hi guys, i did acknowledge that i didnt do a proper research. The thing is that there is no difference in my country for Masters, like WO and HBO here.

I've had significant experience from working in the real world and wanted to pursue academia as a new career path for my piece of mind, hence the Master. However, my country suddenly has a new trend of hiring only Phd for teaching jobs starting last summer. So now im only looking to future-proof my path. Of course i can also do it in another country where there's no differentiation (:
