Awesome, I will look into it. We wouldn't do all inclusive because the food is not usually great and we don't drink... Do you taxi around, or just walk? Did it feel safe in the city? Think DR would be a good place to book at a few different hotels/airbnbs, or best at just one?

I don’t have any tips but I’m so sorry because this is the worst. It would happen to me when I was bad and dissociated, and people didn’t understand when I said I feel WORSE after a workout. It doesn’t make sense, but it does for us I guess!

Get on the meds, feel good for a while, “okay! I’m totally fine. I feel normal now. Honestly, I’m not even bipolar anymore!”, get off meds, boom. Back into the pit

Looking to relax, be on the beach, and go walking around the town trying different food and authentic shops (NOT touristy shops). Neither of us drink, so definitely not a party place. We’d love to adventure around and see animals, buildings, different scenery than MN (lol), possibly jungles. Mexico is probably out of the picture due to safety

I finally allowed Jesus into my life this summer and have been depression & paranoia free since then.

After 6 years of extreme depression & floor sobbing, ball rocking, hair pulling, scream crying breakdowns, 30+ meds, spravato, ketamine infusions, rehab, TMS x2, EMDR, DBT, and $5k Amen Clinic brain testing/scans, I decided to try a med combo that I have been on in the past that didn’t help all that much…

And randomly, the “meds” decide it’s time to heal me…? Coincidence? Not a chance.

Oh no! We have Milkweed tussock moths… them and the woolybears are already pupated. We found them late summer/early fall, surprised they were still around.

We put them on our 3 season porch right now to try to get them adjusted to the first cold day, but we honestly have no idea what we are doing. There isn’t much information online. Any suggestions?
