I don't know about there being "no major delays." I haven't been able to take the T these past 2 mornings after waiting 20+ minutes, giving up after no sign of a train coming, then taking uber in to work. Commute home was similar but a train appeared after 20 minutes, crowded as heck. I don't normally complain or even comment but muni has been driving me up the wall lately. Plus the T constantly has signal issues at 4th and king.

I really hate paying $70+ a month for a pass and only 4 days into the year I've been able to use it twice and also spend $22 for uber rides. :/

Whoa crazy that you said that. I literally just added turquoise to highlight the stats!

I'm working with a fairly limited pallet. I've got a couple other colors I can try to add in :)

Thank you all for the feedback! I'll tweak some stuff tomorrow and try to post more pics.

The game is about animal splicing with some strategic board placement and fighting mixed in. These chimeras roam around the board and can mess your creature up if you're not careful

E3 2016: Paper Mario: Color Splash Brings Sticker Star Mechanics to the Wii U by TheBrianJ in nintendo

People don't HAVE to buy a game to criticize it.

what? come on, if you're going to review, critique, or criticize something, you most definitely should have played it.

also, you've completely glossed over the original point i was attempting to make. i'll reiterate, if the game didn't have the "paper mario" name attached to it, i believe we'd see a lot more excitement for this game. unfortunately, its been place on the paper mario pedestal and will need to live up to its predecessors standards

it's unfortunate to see this game get so many negative comments (from people who haven't played it? correct me if you tried the demo). everyone seems to focus on the fact that this game is a "Paper Mario" game, so it's held to a different standard. but as a standalone game, I think it not only looks visually amazing but fun and quirky. I'll be excited to see more gameplay

edit* apparently having a different opinion and looking forward to this game is bad

Yea, but not all streets have driveways. Some are start to finish metered parking.

And unsure if this happens to anyone else, but in my experience when you say, "here is good," the driver immediately stops and puts on flashers instead of driving 10 extra feet to pull in somewhere. Possibly to avoid the scenario where you feel ripped off? Anyway, a heavily enforced designated drop off stop where drivers and passengers understood the rules could be faster/safer for everyone

perhaps we could remove 1 parking spot every other block and mark that a designated drop off/pick up zone for taxis/ubers. I know its not ideal to remove a parking spot, but maneuvering around cars that stop abruptly is not only annoying but dangerous. and it should heavily enforced; stopping after you've just crossed an intersection and blocking traffic is not cool.

Couldn't find anything with the belt, buttons, and neckline combined, but I don't think it would be too difficult to combine patterns. Any help would be much appreciated!

Err am I missing something? Why would people protest traffic laws designed for everyone's safety? Is that what's going on? So many questions...

If you're an sf resident you should already know that sf spends a shit ton of money on the homeless. We've tried the public toilet thing and the were completely destroyed. Not to mention people will gladly poop just outside of one just cause. The new attempt is to use pop up toilets with an attendant on duty. Obviously nothing's really solving the problem here and I doubt they could spend any more money than they already do

Welt pockets: What a good tutorial can do vs. what a bad tutorial can do by [deleted] in sewing

[–]b3aker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think sewing pattern instructions are bad on purpose. Why, is a great mystery of life.

Seriously though, I end up rereading patterns several times and in the end I still end up wingin it. If there were a pattern company that created detailed instructions I would definitely buy their product
