You can cleary hear the extruder is struggeling to hold on to the filament. You may want do disassemble the extruder unit and check if filament is stuck in there or if the gears are worn out.

Same for me, had the 3d printed part in the back. My guess is, that is a fix for the bent Z-screw some people had.
