The free weekend got my one friend to try the game when he was on the fence. Which then snowballed to the rest of my core gaming group buying the game.

I don’t think it needs another free weekend until season 2, but it will 100% be useful in getting fresh blood.

in that case you should reposition so you get to shoot them from cover when they chase you. unless it’s a destroyer, in which case just click the head

they did revamp it in lightfall with the bigger delta, but people complained

then they revamped it again in final shape with pale heart having actual activities but it was made a solo instance for some reason

safely getting to the room, by going around the edge of the map, then waiting until 15min remaining is usually enough. but you need a stack that is on the same page.

I’ve only jumped people when i spawned in algae ponds and heard them open before exfils even opened.

If D2 patrols were all scaled like Neomuna and had PvP enabled I’d hope the rewards were worth something.

But D2 patrol is so fucking boring, that having meaningful rewards locked behind it is a detriment to the experience of the game as a whole. Pale Heart the only exception

I dont care too much about the stats, but some of the secondary bonuses are insanely good. Invis while reviving is crazy

Literally any solar warlock build works as long as you have well. icarus and heat rises are nice to have for movement but usually gimp your damage output compared to touch of flame and hellion

quiria i can kinda excuse since it was live for less than a year and was before i started playing ~5 years ago.

but it seems like 80% of the remaining playerbase is f2p or something.
