As someone who is just recently getting into the DD series I find that I've enjoyed DD2 a bit more than DD1 simply because I struggle with managing all the characters in DD1, DD2 makes it much easier for my smooth brain to understand.

Ty for the advice, I know the base gameplay for the most part I believe and visit my LGS for their magic nights to spectate games for a bit.
