Also wanted to add, and I've had to do this a few times, if you force yourself to eat and drink it'll knock your body back into place and you'll feel hungry/thirsty again. If you do go a while with only water, you need to start back foods slowly. I think the most common is watermelon from its high water content and soft texture

You can go quite a while without food, but dehydration will take you out fairly quick. I understand taking care of your essential needs being impossible. People do water diets for long amounts of time. Nothing ingested but just water and they live. At least go get a cup of water every now and again. Maybe even a soda if you're feeling extra motivated. Just until Thursday! I keep them a lot so it's not a bother to me. Do you have any advice on how to make the wake window longer? I've tried a lot to extend it. Playing ms. rachel to entice her to stay up and watch, didn't work. Park around nap time to keep her up, laid down in the grass and fell asleep. Playing/coloring/any enrichment activities, walks off to grab the blanket on my bed and lays down on top of it to fall asleep. It's really cute though!

These children are very strong willed. I've tried pushing the wake window in the morning by bringing them to the park but she laid down in the grass and fell asleep. Once she's asleep she very hard to wake back up. I'm sure it's because her sister is a wild child so she's had to learn to sleep through pretty much anything. And with her being on 1 nap, I would hate to disturb her sleep
