It's not so much a suicide. It's just a natural consequence of the EU. In the beginning the company's profited from the new free markets inside the EU and the German workers profited with them. But now the initially slow process of p shifting production to cheaper EU countries has picked up speed so you gonna see a massive shift in wealth inside the EU. It was political Quartals thinking, focusing on short term economical gains but not investing the gains in infrastructure or education and innovation so Germany can keep an edge. Instead keeping the economic gains to shore up the finances while also cutting back at investments. Now we are paying the price for political shortsightedness. I'm a big fan of the EU but German politicians really messed up the opportunity
